Q. Can I get a fully hydraulic tilt hitch on my excavator?

Yes, we do. We can fit a full hydraulic tilt hitch as an aftermarket option, or we can supply this option fitted from factory.

Having the tilt hitch (power tilt) fitted from the factory will save you thousands of dollars. Wacker Neuson is one of the only companies globally that designs and produces their own tilt hitches in their own state-of-the-art production facilities. Therefore, they can deliver extremely high quality, powerful tilt hitches at a fraction of the cost to an aftermarket option.

Q. Do you sell rubber tracks for excavators?

Yes, we do. Just let us know what machine you require a set of tracks for and we will provide you with a price and availability.

Q. Do you carry spare parts?

We carry a large range of spare parts for all different types and brands of equipment. It is, however, impossible to carry everything so please contact the Parts Co-ordinator for price and availability.

Q. Do the Wacker Neuson excavators you sell come with hydraulic hitches?

Q. What is your repair turn-around time?

We offer a same day service called “Priority Repair Service”. If you urgently require assistance, we offer this service for you. Surcharges do apply. Normally, depending on workshop volume we would expect to start your repair in 2-3 days.

Q. Can you customise your range of equipment to suit my requirements?

We can help you get the most out of your equipment. We can fit aftermarket additions and/or get the factory to change machinery to suit your specifications. We offer mine spec equipment for many product ranges.

Q. I have a fleet of equipment that I need someone to routinely service, can you do this?

Yes, we can. And we already do this for many customers. We can come to the site, inspect your equipment, find out what you are currently doing and discuss your requirements for the future, then work together to create a solution for you. We have software that sends automated service alerts and reminders out. We can schedule one off machinery servicing, or we can do multiple items in one visit to lessen the impact and cost. We also offer online bookings to conveniently book equipment in for service or repairs.

Q. If I buy multiple pieces or equipment will I get a discount?

Q. Do you have aftersales support?

Yes, we have a fully functioning workshop with trade qualified technicians ready to help you today. We also have field service and spare parts available.

Q. Do you sell trailers for machinery?

Yes, we sell a variety of trailers for various equipment and can customise to suit your application.

Q. Do the pins and bushes really last over 4000 hours before needing to be replaced?

We have customers here and nationally advising us that there Wacker Neuson excavator has done 4000 or more hours and still hasn’t had pins and bushes replaced. And they are still quite tight. Extremely high-quality manufacturing processes in the Wacker Neuson factory along with hardened steel give the Wacker Neuson this key advantage on the marketplace.

Q. Do you only repair one specific brand of equipment?

No, we service most brand and most models of quality equipment and machinery. We are service and warranty agents for Wacker Neuson, Crommelins Machinery, Husqvarna, Wagner and also serves a very large range of other brands.

Q. Does the new equipment that you sell have a warranty?

Yes, all the new equipment that we sell comes with a warranty. Depending on the product and manufacturer you will get a warranty from 1 year to 5 years. We only sell products that we trust.

Q. Can you help me sell equipment I no longer have a need for?

Yes, we are happy to help you move your products on your behalf. Due to our marketing and industry contacts, we have a high likelihood of selling your equipment at a reasonable price. We do take a commission for this service. We don’t charge a marketing fee.

Q. Do you trade-in equipment?

Yes, we do offer a trade-in when purchasing new equipment.

Q. Do you offer finance?

Yes, we offer very flexible finance to help you get the equipment you require without delay. We can tailor a finance package to match your requirements.

Q. Do you have a YouTube channel where I can see a video of your equipment?

Yes, we have recently launched a YouTube channel where we showcase new and used equipment, as well as equipment repair, advise. This channel is always growing so please make sure you push the subscribe button to keep up to date with new equipment releases, new offers and advise for repairs and servicing.

Q. Do you sell generators?

Yes, we sell a very extensive range of generators. Ranging from small 2kva inverter generator all the way through to 2000kva. We can also supply distribution boards, cables, plugs, fuel cells and can spec generators to suit any application.

Q. Do you sell air compressors?

Yes, we sell a very wide range of compressors, trailer mount units to skid mount, Standard pressure to high pressure, portable 10cfm to Oil-Free 1600cfm. We supply air hoses and line along with couplings as required.

Q. Do you sell rollers for compacting soil and bitumen?

Yes, we sell compaction equipment. From small plate compactor and rammers to multiple 1-tonne remote control plate compactors that can be joined together to compact a 5-metre width for larger projects to drastically increase productivity.

Q. Do you have trucks or utes that transport my equipment to your workshop?

Yes, we have utes and tilt trays available to carry just about anything.

Q. Do you sell second hand & used equipment?

Yes, we do sell second-hand equipment. Keep an eye out for this on our YouTube channel and our Machines4U showroom.

Q. Do you offer 30 days accounts?

Yes we do.

Q. What size excavators do you sell?

We sell from 1-tonne mini-micro to 15 tonne. Zero swing tail and conventional tail excavators are available.

We are located at 1816 Ipswich Road Rocklea. Best way to access the site is from Reginald Street Rocklea. We are the big orange building on the corner.

Wacker equipment is mostly in Austria and the USA. An all are built in Wacker Neuson facilities

Q. How long have the Wacker Neuson CE products been in Australia?

The first excavator was released into the Australian market late 2009 about a decade ago but, over 30 years manufacturing and distribution in the European market.

Q. What buckets do you use on your excavators?

Generally, we use Wacker Neuson manufactured buckets. We also use local manufactures for customised bucket solutions.

Q. Can I supply order numbers for work completed in the workshop to help to track equipment repair costs?

Yes, we also prefer to use an order number system as it helps both companies involved in the repair.
